Resources Skills and Cost

The initial estimate for this piece of work was 35 days for IS development time. At estimation for the project, all design and build days were estimated by the lead Developer and then the required PM, BA and testing time extrapilated from those days and included in RES051, RES052 and RES058 respectively.

There has been a new requirement to create updated views in PURE to allow for an updated project model to implemented next year. This will take an additional 10 days effort and will be provided for by a Change Request.
