Achievements in last period

  • Developer has tidied up what build has been completed so far and carried out analysis of the eFIN to PURE feed.
  • Meetings with stakeholders to discuss potential for delaying the implementation of the PURE feed until after RMAS has gone live.

Issues

  • Re-estimate to be signed off by the RMAS Project Board. Costings given below are approximate, to be confirmed.

Next Steps 

  • Put forward proposal for approval by the Project Board on 7 April.
  • Arrange project closure.
