Achievements in Last Period

  • Meetings with programme manager to ascertain where we are
  • Potential contractor lined up to start this w/c 10/07 as they have the Oracle experience necessary for this migration.
  • Dev Tech resource request submitted for this start date to secure the contractor's time.

Issues

  • Delay as no Dev Tech resource is available.
  • Project had an allocation of 29 days in 16/17 and 10 days in 17/18. Due to not being able to get resource to start, a re-estimation of effort has meant that we will look to do 14 days in 16/17 and 20 in 17/18.

Next Steps

  • Review project activity which was completed prior to suspension
  • Re-plan and re-estimate effort together with revised milestones once we know when a resource is available.
  • Assign resource and commence the DEV migration
