Upgrade Worktribe Research Management system to major release v2.2

Worktribe manages the pre-award costing and approvals of research grants and the post-award management of live grants

This project will manage the upgrade of each environment - DEV , TEST and LIVE - and complete integration testing in TEST before applying the upgrade to LIVE.

The end-to-end  integration testing will review the impact of the changes  on existing business processes,  incoming and out-going interfaces and the external reporting solution
