Achievements in Last Period

• Ordered PDUs for Appleton Tower install. As yet delivery date unclear.
• Removed Phase 1 Storage from Network by end of week ending 27^th April.
• Old racks moved out of the way at Appleton Tower (P.Hutton).
• Storage Physically Removed from Racks (JCMB).
• Arranged removal and destruction of redundant kit.
• The storage owned by has been held back and they need to arrange to pick up.

• Rack and Stack New Kit (Phase 2) by Weekend ending 11^th May (Dell) JCMB.
• Call / Meeting with IBM to Agree process to migrate Metadata.
• Agree Plan to Migrate Metadata.
• Further planning required to fully commission and move data onto the storage by end of June.
• Plan removal of Phase 2 Redundant kit from Racks and destruction.
