Achievements:

  • Analysis of surveys uploaded to wiki and shared with the User Working Group and other stakeholders
  • Analysis of interviews with researchers, also uploaded to wiki and shared with stakeholders
  • Engagement: Ongoing. Met with Anthony Davie and David Perry from CMVM. Good discussion around researchers' needs and what needs to happen next
  • Report from workshops with service providers also on wiki
  • Contractors recruited to work on service catalogue
  • User Working Group set up. It consists of various stakeholders from across University including researchers, research support staff, IT consultants, data librarians, etc.
  • DCC agreed to run Face-to-Face training sessions across three Colleges
  • IA for the website alongside /Services page circulated for feedback
