This is a sub-project as part of SAC007 Student Self-Service. This project website is only being used for documentation and milestones related to the sub-project. Issues, changes, risks and stakeholders will continue to be tracked in SAC007 Student Self-Service.

There are currently 3 channels that display data from EUCLID to students: Programme of Study, Courses and Student Personal Details. The Programme of Study and Courses channels are on the Studies tab, and the Student Personal Details channel is on the MyStuff tab. The data is fed to the channels via EUGEX (updated hourly) and a separate database (updated nightly).

The original aim of this sub-project was to decommission the existing 3 channels, and replace these with a single channel which will display a limited set of key data together with a link for students to log in to EUCLID to update their data.  

Updated 10 May 2013: The sub-project will replace the existing Personal Details channel with a web proxy portlet with live EUCLID data.  The existing Courses and Programme of Study channels will remain, with small changes for  amended/new links to relevant screens in  EUCLID student portal.
