The purpose of this project is to build on the student self-service functions delivered at the end of 2012/13 and beginning of 2013/14. The key areas to be considered for the project are:
- Self-service provision of HEAR in an electronic format for recent graduates and alumni
- Self-service provision of other documents (e.g. certificate of matriculation, bank letters, council tax letters)
