This project is required to support CSPC policy on the communication of end of stage results. It will address the identified issues of inconsistent communication of awards, delay in entering awards onto the student record, and lack of consistency in communication of support available to students when results and awards are released.
Students will have access to consistent guidance on what resources are available for support following publication of end of stage results. Schools owning programmes will have control over when Awards for Taught Students are published to students. Current reliance on Academic Registry keying awards into EUCLID will be removed.
Deliverables:
- Ability for Schools to upload awards for Taught students in the central student record (EUCLID)
- Mechanism for consistent and coherent communication of awards in the Student view of EUCLID
- Access to help and guidance for students re progression/awards/course results in EUCLID student view
