This project required to support the new policy for PGR Engagement Monitoring which needs to be in place for September 2014. 

The policy states that a record should be kept of the engagement of PGR students with the university. 

The project will deliver

- A method for engagement to be recorded by academic and administation staff. - Access for students to see what has been recorded against them in terms of engagement. - Reporting wll be made available to that staff can run reports of the engagement records and also exception reports where the correct level of engagement has not been achieved.

The project will provide a centralised system within EUCLID which will provide consistent information across the University and will mean that schools and colleges will not need to develop their own ad-hoc solutions
