Work/Task Breakdown
The project will be developed using an iterative delivery method, requirements will be documented as user stories.
1. Document requirements with the business, to include business and system changes
2. Produce a prioritised list of system changes with estimates
5. Plan releases to the live environment. To include records for the acceptance sign off from all stakeholders involved (business analyst, developer, business owner, SACS support/IS Apps Man) .
6. Track the enhancement's achievements, issues, and next steps on the monthly project report.
Resources Skills and Cost
All IS resources for the project will come from SSP ring fenced, except for load testing, deployment and support, which will be carried out by non SSP IS Apps resources. The budget will be reviewed at the end of foundations phase.
