Priority and Funding

Project has been allocated 175 IS APPs days from the SSP Programme for both phases:

 -120d Phase 1

- 55d Phase 2

An equivalent number of days will be required across Project Management / Business Analysis and Testing for the BPE Team in SSP.

It is a priority 2 project within SSP programme.

Impact and Dependencies

Developement resource for this project is currently assigned to support post live for SAC049 Redesign Student Hub and post live SITS Software upgrade SAC047

PM and BA resource is assigned to testing continuous improvements (SAC043) and ColdFusion upgrade (STU248), to be completed in March

Hard business milestone: Phase 2 is October 2016 when the Scholarships are opened for 17/18
