The high level task breakdown for the project is as follows:

Phase 1

1. Meet with Users to assess requirements.
2. Provide framework and review it with users.
3. Write requirements as user stories and review 
4. Prioritise any new enhancements
5. Reestimate work and review milestones
6. Build Self Service and Student Hub
7. Test as we go through
8. Produce Online Training Material Phase 1
9. Produce Online Help and Integrate Phase 1
10. Publicise the Go Live Phase 1
11. Implement Phase 1

3. Test as we go through
4. Produce Online Training Material Phase 2

6. Manage and support Go Live Phase 2 with SSFS

Resources Skills and Cost

All IS resources required are within the SSP Ring Fenced Budget: Two full time SITS developers, as well las a developer having expertise of the new Hub.

Wider IS Apps resources will only be requirted for the deployments.
