The purpose of this project is create a more integrated process within EUCLID for Schools to request or process Record change requests currently delivered through an online form outside of the student record system. Currently school staff request a change to a student’s record through an online form which forms a list for the Student Records Team (SRT) to process. This project aims to integrate a request function and a visible queue within EUCLID for requests to be submitted and monitored by School and SRT staff, and processed systematically by the SRT. The project will also deliver the ability for School staff to directly process UG Programme change requests within their own School without the need to submit to SRT.

The core reason for this project is to have a an integrated Request for Change service held within the Student record system to allow for transparency in requests against each student record and an overall view of current, pending and completed requests. Additionally the ability for School staff to process Undergraduate Programme Change Requests immediately rather than submitting a request to the SRT to process.
