• Sign off TEST upgrade
• TRN upgraded
• Project re-estimated with small contingency remaining

Issues

• Several JIRA issues remain but none are "must-haves" and are not likely to prevent the LIVE upgrade from proceeding
• The file-locking issue, identified as a risk to the LIVE upgrade, does not yet have a proven solution, although a research-services resource may be available to assist over the upgrade weekend.

• TRN upgrade, including test of measure to alleviate file-locking issue in LIVE
• Sign off TRN
• LIVE upgrade
