Achievements this month

• Additional testing and backout steps for Deletions 1 (Part 2)
• New delivery date for Deletions 1 agreed with Business
• Part 2 of Deletions 1 approved by CAB 
• Deletions 2 (uncompleted applications) in testing

Issues

• Delay in final BI delivery step much be completed before 25/7/18
• Emerging  conflict for the BA resource with SAC063 (APT3) - PM investigating
• Emerging issue which may cause plans to delete UUNs from reporting universes to be reviewed

Next Steps

• Deliver Deletions 1 and Deletions 2
• Complete analysis  to inform size and scope of follow-on project
