5 releases to Live: 

  • Live issue-Predicted grades not fully displaying in EUCLID/UG admissions
  • WP Contextual Admission checker : 2 enhancements following change done at cycle change over
  • ESC  enhancement to wording changes and web links
  • Google analytics: old code removed for PATH and WP checker

Issues

  • There is a backlog of stories to get signed off in TRN, this is the impact of BAU priorities from student systems operations

Next Steps

  • Deploy remaining changes: (1)remove old Google analytics code across Euclid applications (2) Letter of Completed Studies extended to cover Nov 2023 Graduations (3)Move to Student HESA Id to report statutory return (4)Looping search in Direct Admissions-bug
  • ESC- dashboard usability analysis - meeting planned with users- will inform training , functionality change
