Objective 1: Deletion for APT low level components: hypothesis done on performance testing, drafted option paper , but no progress with consultation
- Objective 2: Deletion of unsuccessful applicants- signed off the retention period from the earlier engagement held with Admissions, GaSP and colleges, but not the DPIA (data protection impact assessment)

Objective 3: Deletion of meta data: completed: deployed to Live and handed over as business as usual - But not the unsubmitted applicants
Issues
- Decision made by SSP management to suspend this project once all documentation of work in progress has been done: The decision was made as a result
- Impact on conflicted resources- BA and developers are required to move to prioprity projects: Student Support and ESC which have hard deadlines this summer
- Impact of strike on consultation required for the 1st objective/deletion for APT low level components
- Objective 2 technical solution has raised an issue that requires an impact assessment before build can progress - Articulate solution and then suspend till new developers are available
