Achievements in Last Period

• DEV Environment upgrade progressed
• Project handed over to new PM

Issues

• New issue - milestones to be updated: https://secure.projects.ed.ac.uk/unpublished/project/sac087/issues/5 . The Dev upgrade is still not completed, and is now 6 weeks behind schedule. This is due to technical issues which have been picked up by the project team, and these are being resolved as they are uncovered. There is still no impact to go live as yet due to the longer period of functional testing, and this is estimated to be 6 to 8 weeks following the signoff of the DEV Upgrade. PICCL 5 will be submitted to WIS when the new milestone dates are established.

• New risk Upgrade may take longer

• The Project Team are investigating an issue in DEV which requires a restart of the client after a period of idle time.

Next Steps

• Resolve issues in DEV environment
• Complete upgrade in DEV environment
• Review and Update Upgrade Documentation to ensure lessons learned are included
• Start function testing
• Schedule upgrade in Data Futures environment (FUT) for July
