The scope is to deliver the changes required in EUCLID, ESC (Extensions and Special Circumstances) and MyEd channel to support the introduction of  the new model of student support across the University for 22/23.  The model changes the way we support students on our taught degree programmes and introduces Wellbeing Advisers (WA) to work with all students across the institution (further details on https://uoe.sharepoint.com/sites/StudentSupportandPersonalTutorReview). This implementation will be introduced to 12 few schools to start with.

Recording the new WA roles appropriately against a student within their record and implementing a cross-college ESC dashboard will enable WAs to support students across schools.  It will also ensure students have clear information on who is their Student Adviser.
