Introducing the new model of student support across the University has a number of implications for student records systems and how they are used by students and those who support them.  The model changes the way we support students on our taught degree programmes and introduced Wellbeing Advisers to work with all students across the institution. Initial system changes were made for Phase 1 of the model implementation ahead of academic year 2022/23.

The scope is to deliver the changes required in EUCLID, BI Suite, and related guidance documents and pages to support the Phase 2 roll-out of the new model of student support across the University for 23/24 onwards.
