Business case approved at the SA&S Board March 2018

Business case has been approved to deliver a new dedicated, expert service for staff and students to support working and study away activity. New standard business processes, with supporting systems will reduce inefficient, duplicative processes and re-keying of data for students and staff. Relevant, accurate and up to date information will be held in a central record, accessible to relevant colleagues.

Working and Studying Away project has started

 

A new project is underway to create a standard process for the University of Edinburgh students who may be working, studying, or carrying out research elsewhere and develop an automated solution to underpin the new process. 

All information and correspondence relating to students working or studying away from the university will be stored on Euclid to enable statutory management reporting.
