Project is Amber due to a) risk around further delay in HR announcement day due to feedback/concerns rec’d from Schools which would delay the rest of the recruitment, notice period activities as well as have an adverse impact on implementation activities (system & processes both) b) leave period of 2 BAs assigned to the project during full Dec 2018 c) validation & rest of the implementation activities like SOP writing, training etc are underestimated in scale & size
