This project  will focus on

  • designing the core administrative & support processes - for students, academics and other key stakeholders - that are delivered by colleagues across the central services, Colleges and Schools, in a number of physical locations spread across our campuses, as well as online (to both on-campus and distance learning students)
  • detailing new ways of working: change to roles and responsibilities, role profiles and service delivery, to support the process changes
  • articulating the system changes required to support such processes.

The scope of this project covers a large portion of the overall lifecycle of all  students, including undergraduate and postgraduate students (taught and research) and distance learners.

The project will deliver a single blueprint and business case for the future SA&S services,for approval by the SA&S and SEP Boards.
