Key Learning Points:

Additonal IS Apps time was required to complete the scoping study and draft the report.

it was agreed that some wider circulation of the technical recommendations (to Enterprise architectm hed of development and head of production) was required and this resulted in a small  additional amount of IS Apps effort being required.
