To ensure that all areas of the University can operate seamlessly in the digital world, procurement is underway to secure a Short Courses Platform. This Short Courses Platform will offer a digital education experience including online programmes and short courses that can be accessed worldwide and will focus on online CPD (Continual Professional Development) and lifelong learning. 

Before a platform provider is procured, we need to understand what learners are looking for in a short courses platform, how they make use of a platform (UX research), the type of learner we’re advocating to (audience insights/personas) and more. 

This Learner Research and UX Recommendations project is set to cover this. All research undertaken as part of this project and the UX testing with volunteers will be turned into a final recommendations report. This report will be delivered by the end of August.
