Activity this Month: ​​
  • Agreed tests to be conducted with the early adopter course teams to understand the best way to share enquiries once they have been recieved by the COL enquiry team

 

Key Project Risks and Issues​:​
  • When the detailed plan is concluded, there is a risk resourcing capacity is identified for certain tasks which may impact time-lines
  • There is a risk that enquiry's passed to users with access to the student enquiry CRM will be lost from the learner enquiry stats and the COL enquiry's team visability. This will be tested with Group 2 EA course teams and if required labels or processes will be agreed.
