Activity this Month: 

• Handover and onboarding of the new PM
• Discussions with COL Operations manager to identify risks and agree preferred Enquiries procedure, keeping enquiries within Dynamics strongly preferred.
• Enquiry Management Systems Team and SCP Project team agreed and purchased EMS licenses for SCP Early Adopters.

Key Project Risks and Issues:

• There is a risk that enquiries passed to users without access to the student enquiry CRM will be lost from the learner enquiry stats and the COL enquiry's team visibility. This will be tested with Group 2 EA course teams and if required labels or processes will be agreed.

Upcoming Decisions and activities:

• Finalise decision on SCP enquiry management process, and begin onboarding other EA Schools, starting with Law and Usher.
• Continue work with the web development project to test the web contact form
• Completed end to end plan of detailed activities and resource requirements
