The University is procuring a Short Courses Platform (SCP). This platform will offer education for learners on not-for-credit short courses, including online, blended, and face-to-face delivery to promote lifelong learning. 

The Implementation project is a foundation project that will  be an enabler for many of the other SCP Projects.  Project activity includes

• Develop the technical implementation plan with the supplier
• Work with the supplier to provision the SaaS environments required for the Short Courses platform (Dev, Test, Production)
• Work with the supplier to provide the specialist platform training  and technical consultancy to staff on the SCP projects
• Configure the platform to meet the Functional and non functional requirements (including data fields, System Administrator and staff roles, platform templates, T&C's)
• Ensure the supplier delivers the agreed product changes to specification
• Undertake platform testing, assurance and pre-production sign-off activities
• Deliver the documentation need for service management of the platform
