The project will deliver an upgraded version of ColdFusion for the Online Print Credit (PCounter) application.
The project is needed as the underlying infrastructure running this ColdFusion application reaches end of life in July 2016. The application needs to be migrated to infrastructure running version 11 of ColdFusion.
