• JIRA review and a number have been actioned and closed, or agreed to go into support
• Closure report written and distributed

Issues

• Final 2 QuickCalls JIRAs have been returned to the developer after testing by Service Management. They have now been re-developed and passed back to Service Management for re-testing and deployment. It has been difficult to get developer time to complete the work and re-work due to demand, so project closure has been delayed.

• JIRAs for QuickCalls deployed to LIVE
• Deployment Sign off for QuickCalls
• Project Closure agreed
