L-Università ta' Malta - University of Malta (UoM) is joining the UniDesk service as a member.
UniDesk is a shared service hosted by Edinburgh University providing a web-based service management tool for the Education sector. It is provideded as a SaaS offering and is currently used by 10 other Universities across the UK. It acknowledges industry best practice and is based on TOPdesk Enterprise with Single Sign On (SSO) authentication.
