The vision of the Future State project is:

• To put prospective students at the heart of an engaging, supportive, fair and consistent experience regardless of their mode of study;
• To support schools and colleges to articulate and realise a planned size and shape of student population based on academic mission;
• To ensure we continue to be a globally attractive institution for students with the greatest potential regardless of where they come from; so that we are diverse, inclusive and welcoming.

This project looks to understand what shape the future state of recruitment and admissions should take. This future state should allow the University to respond effectively to post-Brexit recruitment imperatives as well the strategic move from growth driven objectives to planned student populations focused on diversity and inclusion requirements.

The work undertaken in this project aims to deliver a target operating model and ways of working for recruitment, prospective student marketing, and admissions activity.
