13.2 Newsletter expansion

  1. Increase to 10,000 by August 2020 (8,078 in February )

    • New Sustainability Champions
    • New students were targeted at fairs at the beginning of the term
    • New interested staff and students
    • Other organisations (e.g. other Unis)
  2. Continue to provide content relevant to them that they should be informed about and can take action on
  3. Continue to encourage user-generated content - more blogs, projects they can do, case studies, etc

Increase awareness & engagement amongst our target primary and secondary audiences by:

On track for target, continue to target academic departments, local organisation and staff.

On track for target, rate of increases in likes slowed after new academic year starting as expected.

Focus on sharing stories relevant to external audiences, increasing reputation.

  2. Funnelling engagement towards SRS events, projects and programmes
