Approach

As this is a non-standard project, developing a number of small enhancements to existing software rather than a single piece of working software the following approach was finalised at a meeting on 17th October 2012. Each requirement that was prioritised in the Plan stage will be added to the jira log as an enhancement, and the requirement for the enhancement will be specified in the relevant jira item. The development will proceed as normal, with questions raised about the requirements being answered, and the development completed and passed to SACS for testing. Once tested, each enhancement will be promoted to LIVE as soon as is feasible. The status tracking will be on a weekly basis through a weekly project meeting, with jira updated for each change noted.
