Work/Task Breakdown

This project will be run in a manner similar to the support model, with small changes being released as they are tested and accepted as ready to go live.

Develop project brief - Project Services

Develop prioritised list in conjunction with users - SACS BPE and Project Services

Clarify requirements - Development Team and Config Team to propose solutions to SACS BPE in conjunction with users / enhancement suggester - SACS to confirm requirements

Develop functions to fulfil prioritised requirements - Applications Management with support from Development Team and Configuration Team as required

Test and sign-off requirements - SACS BPE in conjunction with users / enhancement suggester

Deploy functions to LIVE - Applications Management / Development Technology

Ensure functions are applied as the same version of code across DEV, TEST and LIVE environments - Applications Management

 

Resources Skills and Cost

This project was agreed on the basis of 40d of project work for the suggested small enhancements, which will be primarily split between the Development Team and Configuration Team (as technical leads, dependent on technical area) and Applications Management. 6d of Project Services time for Project Management is also allocated to the project.
