Achievements in Last Period

• Project Brief signed off; with caveat of potential Risk around Configuration resources

Issues

• SSP/ SACs Risk 4 has become an issue; and the scope of all work by the SSP team is under review.
• During March the SSIG Board Meeting, SSP/ SACS Risk 4 was discussed and it was agreed that this project, as the 4th of 5 priorities for ESS Programme, would be at risk of suspension until confirmation is received that the appropriate resources are available for the project to be delivered.
• Therefore, the project status is Amber until confirmation that the resources to support the Project are in place to support delivery in 2012/13 is received.

Next Steps

• The SSP/ SACs Programme manager will work with the resource managers to agree the scope of SSP/ SACs projects which can be delivered in 2013/14 and confirm if SSG006 needs to be suspended as a result.
