Assumptions

It is assumed that there are no costs associated with the provision of a Test Tenancy agreement from Microsoft for Office 365.

It is assumed that the data feed for synchronisation will be obtained from the reporting database being put in place under STU226. Therefore there will be no further work/ costs  associated with Scientia.

It is assumed that User requirements will closely mirror the proposed solution under the Proof of concept (i.e. meetings automatically appear, no edit ability, etc.), and that no new showstopper requirements are identified.
It is assumed that support costs can be covered under existing IT support budgets
