Overview

Background

The University Careers Service is planning to replace its legacy systems - SAGE and Student & Graduate Tracking. These systems are approaching end-of-life and there are now new better products available from third party suppliers. These new products offer a better experience to students and graduates, and offer more efficient tools to the Careers Service to manage its business and contacts with students, graduates and employers.

Following a procurement exercise, the Careers Service has decided to acquire CareerHub to replace the above systems. This project will assess the options around its deployment and support. The project will conduct an initial evaluation of what needs to be done to establish CareerHub at the University of Edinburgh, and provide estimates and plans for its deployment. This work will also include a decision on when any requisite work can be carried out by staff in IS Applications.
