The University Careers Service is planning to replace its legacy systems - SAGE and Student & Graduate Tracking. These systems are approaching end-of-life and there are now new better products available from third party suppliers. These new products offer a better experience to students and graduates, and offer more efficient tools to the Careers Service to manage its business and contacts with students, graduates and employers.

Following a procurement exercise, the Careers Service has decided to acquire CareerHub to replace the above systems. This project will encompass the work needed to build and implement the infrastructure elements that are required to host CareerHub on the University of Edinburgh's network, and develop the software components that are necessary for CareerHub's successful incorporation and adoption into the University's IT estate. This project will also address the legacy applications and databases that will no longer be required after the introduction of CareerHub.
