The University must be  able to effectively manage and monitor the University’s responses to information requests made under information legislation (the Data Protection Act 1998 until May 2018, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) from May 2018, Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 and Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2005.

This project will replace the current coldfusion-based  request monitoring tool which is coming to the end-of-life.

The initial phase of analysis to establish the requirements and recommendation from a solution was completed under project STU263.

This project is to progress with the recommended procurement and implementation of a G-Cloud request planning and management tool
