Work/Task Breakdown
- Produce G-Cloud procurement short list of preferred suppliers.
- Document product evaluation criteria.
- Carry out hands on evaluation of solution via:
- Supplier led online demonstration
- Hands on evaluation using evaluation environment
- Technical evaluation regarding single sign on integration
- Procurement and implementation of preferred solution.
- Analysis of data held in existing ColdFusion management database and migration to identified solution
- Once completed agree decommissioning of initial ColdFusion system.
