Work/Task Breakdown

  1. Produce G-Cloud procurement short list of preferred suppliers.
  2. Document product evaluation criteria.
  3. Carry out hands on evaluation of solution via:
  • Supplier led online demonstration
  • Hands on evaluation using evaluation environment
  • Technical evaluation regarding single sign on integration
  1. Procurement and implementation of preferred solution.
  2. Analysis of data held in existing ColdFusion management database and migration to identified solution
  3. Once completed agree decommissioning of initial ColdFusion system.
