The procurement process was based upon the attached evaluation criteria which will also form the basis for UAT. The evaluation criteria was taken from the BRD drawn up for the initial options appraisal project STU263. The evaluation criteria was the "must have" requirements as identified by the project team. The evaluation criteria was forwarded to each supplier prior to the product demonstrations so that they could tailor their demo to our needs.
