• Programme and Course Information Management (PCIM) Procurement - alignment may be required with new system for provisioning new programmes and courses (or changes)
• Student Enquiry CRM Procurement - alignment may be required to ensure colleagues responding to student enquiries point prospective students to the right information
• STU260: Degree Finders Security Strengthening - a separate project providing shorter term security strengthening while this project considers the longer term options
• Transition from Drupal 7 content management system (CMS) to Drupal 9 CMS by 2021, including a pilot planned for 2020 - potential impact for the options appraisal

• University website - EdWeb - Degree finders are a web application specifically built to be consumed and integrated into EdWeb via its web application feature. The presentation layer is handled by EdWeb and EdGEL.
