• Project Report completed
• PPBR sign off completed 3rd April; actions to complete prior to ASOR - added to website
• Issues with Moodle ongoing; Pebblepad continue to investigate
• Issues identified by Pebblepad with Eugex feed resolved (using Live rather than Test); await confirmation that feed is working as expected
• Still awaiting confirmation that ATLAS URL is possible.
• PP confirmed that there is currently no process to remove users, without removing all data.

• Issue identified with running of batch job for new Eugex feed; reviewed, fixed in Dev and Test; retested and no further issues identified (Eugex feed now complete in Dev)
• New issue identified with configuration with Moodle - technical expert returns from leave next week; target is to complete by 29/3
• Ongoing issues with Pebblepad URL; spelling errors from PP resolved, EEPN issues identified and resolved; issues remain around what login accesses which PP version - this issue is with PP to resolve

• Sponsor requested that wider user population be included in UAT and that UAT include review of documentation/ guidance materials; session scheduled with key parties on 18/3 to develop a UAT plan for wider user groups
• Dev Tech confirmed all configuration changes should now be complete to allow Pebblepad to review the Shibboleth URL error. Pebblepad reviewed and identified wording issue in URL, new URL supplied. URL reviewed but linking to wrong version.

• Discussed Shibboleth/ TEST set up activities with Peter Jackson, Dev Tech who confirmed that all required changes made; email sent to Pebblepad to request new URL
• TEL001 activities reviewed with Stefan H and Hugh B; current assessment is that no OLA/ SLA required

• Request sent to Apps Mgt to explore options regarding creation of a new file to send to Pebblepad with user deletion information; option identified, no further action undertaken until the status with Pebblepad is confirmed
