EUCLID data feed

PebblePad have indicated that they require a new data format for the feed of student course enrolment which they currently get from EUCLID.

Before this project, three CSVs were generated by the Eugex file generator system.

These files contain data which defines the courses, the student's programme enrolment, and their course enrolment.

In this project we will replace the three files with two files which define only the courses, and the student's course enrolment. In PebblePad data island terminology, this course enrolment is given a more generic term - "groups".

Because we are modifying our data feed to match the 'groups' format, this gives us flexibility at a later date if we want to include Programme of Study/Yeargroups as extra items in the groups feed.
