Achievements in Last Period

• Completed the Test Plan.

Issues

• Delay by the supplier in releasing the new version of the third required software expected early Jan (was early Nov). This will cause delay in the planned UAT: now planned w/b 28/1/13 after the January exams. Agreed with stakeholders to keep using the current software versions for the Januray exams and deploy the new software version on the new hosted database in Feb 13. No impact on budget.

Next Steps

• Deploy third software once new version has been received from supplier
• Complete UAT 
• Deploy to Live
