Peer Testing

For both reports:

  • The credits columns values add up correctly. ie the courses assessed per student = total credits and the sum of the different credits failed/passed columns also agree with the totals.
  • Amended records are flagged correctly.

Testing the PG progression matrix - students due to start dissertation

SDS requirements. Tested against course code CLLC11025(2012-3_SV1_SEM2) and programme code PTMSCCOMGL1F. Marks were manually amended in the database and recalculated using Smart. Student with Matric No. 1251895 was amended in the report to "Proceed to Dissertation; Eligible for Distinction" instead of the recommended "Proceed to Dissertation" option.

Question: should the results columns (credits) all be grouped together?

Answer: no. This is the layout  requested by HSS. Odd ... but there you have it.

The taught element averages should display to two decimal places.P  
The interim recommendation calculated by SMART is now named "Classification Recommendation".P  

A column to hold the options that a user can perform for the record, i.e. it contains the “options” link.

This should only be visible for students who were able to "Proceed to the Dissertation" level (from the previous report).
