Resources Skills and Cost

The project has been estimated to need a total of 47 days effort from IS Applications. This work is mainly for colleagues in Development Services and will concentrate on building the replacement channel. Effort will also be required from Development Technology and Applications Management to roll out the new channel. Project Services are expected to be involved in the business analysis and UAT work,as well as the usual project planning and management.

Estimates for colleagues in LTW total 26 days. This work covers planning, business requirements, planning and undertaking user testing, and undertaking a range of tasks around deploying the new channel to the wider University community.
