This project will support our Learning Technologist community to become certified members of ALT. As a large institution we have a wide number of staff in Learning Technology posts across the University, employed in central support, school or programmes based roles.
This project is led by Information Services, and will fund a cohort of Learning Technologists to become CMALT accredited through a supported programme.
The cohort approach is designed to reduce the isolation of Learning Technologists, build community and encourage completion. This approach has been successfully undertaken at other institutions in the UK these include UCL, Imperial, Queen Mary's in London; Plymouth, Nottingham, York, Glasgow and Edge Hill (list provided by ALT).
